EDUCATION

The 8-week program provides students exposure to various fields within Financial Services including: Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Equity Research, and Wealth Management.

In the second half of the program, students are grouped into small groups to perform projects within one of the listed areas within Financial Services.

At the end of the program, students will present their projects to a group of professionals within the industry and recruiters so that they can get feedback from an outside source.

COMMUNITY

One of the main aspects of the Rising Financial Leaders is to provide a supportive community so that underrepresented young professionals can easily talk to professionals and peers that share the same identity as them.

By being accepted into the program, you will also be notified of future career opportunities and resources that can be helpful for your professional development.

MENTORSHIP

When you get accepted into the Rising Financial Leaders program, you will have the opportunity to reach out to people that were in your shoes in the past.

Members of The Minority Network work in a variety of fields and they all would be more than happy to give you guidance and feedback on your professional development journey.

In addition, as you progress through the program and in your career, you will be able to give back and help people that may be in the same position as you in the future.
